Family run, positive culture, ESOP, Fast-paced, growing company. Love working here despite the typical corporate pitfalls that most companies are victim to.
Cons
Nepotism is an issue. Growth and pay potentials are noticeably harder for the company support departments such as HR, AP, AR and Compliance. Working harder and longer to increase efficiencies and effectiveness is not recognized or rewarded.
