Pros
I have been with the firm for over a year. The leadership team is one of the most engaged, professional and committed teams I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have worked in several public accounting firm. They challenge me in my current role, provide me with the support I need and thank me for my efforts. I also get a lot of support from the admin, team member and my HR team....they are fantastic!
Cons
We are growing which presents some staffing challenges, but we had hired some great people.
