Pros
- Friendly culture - Positive attitude environment - Strong training for technical development by working on complex issues - Hours in busy season are very reasonable - Most of the partners have a roll up the sleeve attitude
Cons
- Way too "top heavy" therefore very hard to promote and grow young, up and coming managers and sr. managers - Management at times seem to lack direction - need to focus on market branding and cross firm collaboration across service lines and industries
