Pros
1. Great way to get experience and learn a lot. I highly recommend working here to develop your career 2. Nice people most of the time 3. Flexible (lax dress code, will let you go to appointment during day if you make up time)
Cons
1. Busy season hours are difficult to handle 2. Management does not do a good job of managing workloads 3. Unfair treatment of some employees 4. I've noticed perks and benefits have slowly been declining. For example, the office used to give $100 gift cards to everyone for Christmas, and that no longer happens. Also decreased the amount of reimbursement for safe rides.
