      Lots of administrative tasks. Mediocre communication about expectations. Billable hours are the main focus of Partners. Broken processes dealing with software.

      There is room left to build and have an impact. The quality of coworker is fantastic.

      Cons

      After a PE deal in 2025 and significant merger with Moss Adams in 2026, significant restructuring has reduced headcount in People Solutions and work seems to be shifting to India.
