      You get big firm benefits

      Cons

      You have to work 50 plus hours a weeek all year long if you are in government, it doesn't stop. The only time you get a little break is December. The pay is VERY bad compared to other firms

      Great people to work with and office is awesome

      Cons

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
