I have been employed with Baker Tilly for a little over a year. The company has a great culture and very high expectations from their employees. You have four weeks of PTO during the year and get to rollover two weeks each year. There are plenty of opportunities to grow if your technical skill matches your drive and career aspirations.
Cons
Public accounting is very fast pace and demanding in general. Carefully consider your options before choosing to enter public.
