      Pros

      There is good flexibility with being able to work remote or hybrid. Additionally, I appreciate the unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      The pay does not seem competitive, lots of change, disconnect/lack of support between leadership and the average team member.

      Pros

      There is room left to build and have an impact. The quality of coworker is fantastic.

      Cons

      After a PE deal in 2025 and significant merger with Moss Adams in 2026, significant restructuring has reduced headcount in People Solutions and work seems to be shifting to India.
