Pros

Pretty good pay and benefits Flexible work schedule

Cons

Interesting work that could make for a great job, but unfortunately my management team is pretty bad. They don't seem to understand much about the work we're doing and are, to say the least, not detail-oriented. Much of the work product has been bad quality, which one lower-level person can only do so much to address. Lack of competence in management team continues to negatively impact various aspects of work - no feedback, no real answers to questions, seemingly existing in an alternate reality. Little coherent effort put toward staff development. I continue to be surprised by my experience versus previous companies I've worked for. This is not a smart or confident culture. Constant utilization pressure that I hear has ramped up with the private equity deal, so I expect employee experience at BT to decline.

Pros

Great people to work with and office is awesome

Cons

Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
