1. Management is ineffective, and the principal engineer demonstrates a lack of competence and professionalism. I do not believe senior management is equipped to offer meaningful solutions or guidance. 2. Senior management members appear to lack the necessary professional experience for their roles. 3. Daily meetings yield no measurable progress, requiring mandatory attendance that results in significant time waste for all participants. 4. The volume of internal administrative work is excessive.
