Office is off red line metro station Lots of restaurant options for lunch meals Docketing software is efficient Paperless environment Business casual (but no jeans allowed ever)
Cons
Backbiting and unsupportive office environment Immature associates who are quick to blame staff Unhelpful and manipulative HR personnel (they are quick to believe associate lies no matter how bad their relationships are with staff - will not listen to staff employee) HR also spreads gossip (incredible when I heard misinformation about me spread to another office!) Invisible war between DC and Philly staff following merger Managers do not keep up with current technologies and have you complete tasks the old way No flexibility for DC traffic (only 7 minutes!) Existing staff is threatened by new staff Outdated systems Disorganized Horrible parking in building (pricey and parking staff damaged my car then denied it)
