I have been blessed that the management cares about the individual, in the aspect of unexpected life events, when business was slow granted they provided us with some resources. As well as raising individuals up from within the company. Creating memorable events together as a company.
Cons
Depends on where you are placed, however some positions can be back straining requiring endurance to push through. Health care benefits are not provided.
