      Decent pay, some good colleagues to work with.

      Leadership. Very high turnover and many layoffs - even for a smaller midsized tech org.

      Pros

      Dynamic and evolving environment for those interested in fintech and digital asset innovation. I had the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams and assigned various initiatives which made my role interesting.

      Cons

      Things changed dramatically across my short tenure. Lots of different leaders who came and went.
