Cool job - Food Runner Bala Golf Club Employee Review

-flexible hours, so good for part time or those needing flexibility but not great if you really need hours -some members are nice and tip well -pretty chill as far as serving goes -banquets are fun -lots of food

-some members can be entitled and kinda racist/classist/out of touch -drama with coworkers -unorganized

Good environment and easy to get along with most people.

Lack of opportunity for growth. Job over saturation which affects income and no raises for the position.
