Cons

Micromanagement. No Values, as an employee you are just a number even if you are Internal and/or external. No couching or action plans/ consistency from direct managers. No work/life balance. No structure Recruiters need to do 100% of the job without any additional support. No work culture. High Internal Turn Over for an office of approximated 5-6 internal employees. Pros

Diverse staff, lots of people that represent the temp staff

Cons

Pay - pay is low. Full stop. Leadership - where is it? Leadership thinks their job is to tell you how important it is to make them more money. That’s it. They don’t even have experience as recruiters themselves. They just want to tell you it’s important that you make them more money but they don’t even have the direction to take you there. I wonder if they are in the right field themselves. They are not there to help YOU. They are there to HELP THEMSELVES. Do not believe their grift. Growth potential - ties into leadership TBH, but they either don’t care or don’t know how to help people grow. They want to pay entry level wages but don’t want to help grow their employees in any other way. This company is for people who are desperate because you won’t get much out of working here except false promises and willingly ignorant leadership.
