Pros

Warehouse and production are willing to take people with no experience and train you. Constant Mon-Fri (40hr week) so you can actually develop productive habits outside of work. Safety conscious team, both in training with new tools as well as dealing with injuries. Almost monthly lunches from the company. Overtime (50hr week) should you want it. Benefits (401k/Medical/Dental/Vision) Company provide drinks on hotter days (95+) as well as occasionally offering earlier shifts to avoid the hottest part of the day. Experienced members of the team are always willing to help learn and share experience to help improve skills faster.

Cons

Pay is bordering minimum wage, many nearby companies offer far more. Overtime is almost non stop. Although that can cycle weekly, 2 on 2 off / 3 on 1 off, constant requests to continue overtime for normal weeks and/or working Saturday too. As with many warehouse positions, staying cool through late spring/summer is not exactly realistic. If you can't manage physical work during high temperatures, would not recommend. Really high turnover of new employees, it feels mainly due to the workload/overtime shock, although many people who have been around long term aren't happy with how poorly you are compensated for the amount of work and pressure to meet deadlines.
