Growing and Thriving Company - Anonymous employee Balboa United Employee Review

This is coming from someone in the billing dept. There is flexible start time if you work in the corporate office. Management really likes to listen to our concerns and take in consideration our opinions. There is no drama in the corporate office as everyone gets along well by creating a "mom n pop" type of atmosphere. The benefits are great and PTO is very generous compared to other places (PTO for 2yrs and under is 3 weeks, 2-4 yrs is 4 weeks and 5+ years is 5 weeks). The supervisors and the manager are awesome!!

As with any growing company there are always growing pains. Its starting to feel more of a "innovative corporate" type of company, rather than a mom n pop feel, but its just that its been doing so well these last 2 years. Another con is that there is not enough room for growth. You'll pretty much stay put where you're at unless if a position in the billing dept opens up.

Do not work here. Theres no pros

Everything about here is a con. Management sucks.
