Pros

Most employees are great to be around and fun to work with, and I would call these people my friends outside of work. The company's purpose is a rewarding career. Proud to say I work here because others respect the company and know it's hard to get hired here. Feel like I'm part of something admirable and honorable. Management listens to employees and looks out for our best interests. Company values. Top Executives are younger than most executives in companies and so I feel strong and confident about the future and longevity of the company.

Cons

Hard to take days off sometimes. Benefits like health insurance are decent but could be better.

Pros

I was an employee of this place. Nice, people, decent work atmosphere...and even though I was laid off along with about 3 or 4 other people in varied succession, I left on decent terms and with no hard feelings whatsoever. So that's not what this review is about. What it IS about is the constant search for Guest Services Consultants. Why? You had a few quality people there last year, that if trained properly and given a realistic opportunity, would have turned out to be fantastic employees. But you let them go within a few months of hire...and you know what? You'll do the very same to anyone else you now hire. You only want your 'core people' there for the long term. (and you know who I'm talking about here) What you do is put out there a help wanted advertisement for consultants when your phones start to ring off the hook and you need help picking them up. Ok...and then what happens when they stop for weeks at a time? Yeah, you lay off these same people that you just hired. The word is out there. Even our local unenjoyment office has heard an earful of negativity about this place.

Cons

Well, unfortunately...there are a few. TBH, it is sort of a strange place to work. Relaxed, but at the same time, a little creepy. There is much talk of this place practicing Scientology.
