The software engineering team is small, so that allows one to get a lot of great exposure to designing and building across the stack, from developing backend APIs to modern webs to building CI/CD and deploying to cloud. The work culture is also great, senior devs and mangers were supportive and actively provided me with resources and opportunities to expand and showcase my skills.

Not many negatives, was a overall great experience.
