They look for super driven and hungry sales candidates preferably with a diverse background(fantastic) but take advantage in such horrible ways. For starters there is no actual marketing you will be standing for hours at a time in front of local stores hounding people to pay subscriptions to various charities or organizations. The management team there is one of the most unfriendly greedy and micro managed group of individuals I have ever met. There are no chairs in the office because they feel that sitting brings energy down which is absolutely ridiculous. They have hour long meetings in the morning that discuss absolutely nothing but cliches about working in sales and they make you buy suits and formal wear just to change out of it after the morning meeting once you leave the office. They ask on the interview if you will be able to commute to the office picking your brain to see if you have a car from there they will ask you to drive to the office and pick up complete strangers to drive to random parts of Miami to begin your day of fundraising. The sales are complete luck there are no actual strategy to improving and moving up the ranks. As for the pay I worked there for a total of 2 weeks and got paid $100. That should tell you enough about working here in addition to getting peer pressured to reading a 20 page contract and signing immediately. They have a couple of different Instagram pages with different names just go into the ballers305 following on Instagram and start to do some research a bunch of these “companies” have the same address and Instagram pictures
