Pros
There really are no pros..after leaving this dreadful company I have never been happier being away from such mental abuse. It's awful at Ballet..ask all previous employees especially in the creative department.
Cons
Obviously the positive reviews of this company and its upper management are all FALSE information! This is ridiculous... I've worked at Ballet and have to point out that don't be fooled by these positive reviews. They are all done by the same person within upper management to kosher what they have done wrong all these years. I've personally worked with the head of merchandising & design. and they have no prior knowledge within the industry in merchandising nor design. They came from a background of sales and jumped to an upper management position under favoritism and shady actions. They are abusive, manipulative, gives no support, abuses their powers, and is running the company down under. I can't believe these remarks on stating how much of a role model they are because it's a complete lie. Someone needs to expose the truth on this company. Turnover rates are absurd and Head management of merchandising is the cause of this..everyone either wants to leave.. Leaves..or is unfairly fired for personal reasons on their part because they didn't favor them! They either feel threatened by their talents because they have none to back themselves up. Trends and taste levels of product at this company are horrific! There is no innovation or clear design direction. All talent left of course due to poor management. Lets just put it this way..Ballet has a horrible rep, even recruiters can't recruit any more talent to come work in this unhealthy mentally abusive work place!!
