Pros
Decent benefits. They've recently started monthly happy hours / discussions for the architecture and interiors. They paid for all of my licensing exams. Unlicensed employees are paid overtime. Flexible hours. Free breakfast the first Friday each month.
Cons
Large division between upper management and everyone else. Strong trend to hire then fire. Every year except last year they will hire in bulk (mostly interns and recent grads) when we get new big projects. Then they lay off in bulk as other big projects finish. There are lots of young interns, but not enough Project Architects who know what they're doing. They expect you to work overtime. Typically projects have unrealistic deadlines and they expect people to work overtime to finish on time. Less experienced employees will not be given the opportunity to learn about every aspect of working on a project. If you're good at rendering, you will become a favorite. But they will take advantage and you will work lots of overtime.
