Pros
The company as a whole is a wonderful place to work. The perks and benefits are exceptional, the office is beautiful, and the broader employee culture feels warm and inclusive. Most of the people I interacted with across the organization were supportive, collaborative, and genuinely cared about their work. I felt proud to be part of the company’s mission and enjoyed the day-to-day environment outside of my immediate team.
Cons
My experience within my specific team in HR was more challenging. Over time, the team dynamics became difficult, with frequent changes in direction and a leadership style that created uncertainty and stress. Communication was inconsistent, and the environment sometimes felt less collaborative than the rest of the company. This led to some turnover and, at times, a sense of instability within the team. Career growth within the team also felt limited.
