      100% Remote, if you like a remote work space, this is the place to be at. They even allow working a certain number of day outside the country as long as you work EST hours.

      Cons

      Slow growth and even slow growth in salary. Negotiate well the first time.

      -One of strongest creative departments I have ever had the pleasure to work with -Most Colleagues are ready to roll sleeves up and tackle any project in their way. -Periodic in-person gatherings were great

      Cons

      -The leadership at BAM approaches problems passively, and reactively. -Client Service leadership was not solutions oriented -Finger-pointing culture is common -Poor high-level account management lead to massive attrition, impacting jobs. -No real training/DEI initiatives in place. It was talked about a ton, but never really activated. -

      Amazing place to work! Specially the Media Department. Good Leadership Team .

      Coordination between the teams could be better. Overall good, No cons as such!
