Pros
Ability to choose what you want to work on. Consistency in moving around to different areas of the building, to never be in a certain area for a lengthy amount of timme.
Cons
Repeatedly telling employees that it was taking a long time for materials to be delivered; that the work on projects was being delayed; that we're going to get busy in either three weeks or in three months; that nobody in the building wants to work overtime. Instead of just directly telling employees that it's a temporary job, and you need to be prepared to get laid off.
