Pros
Amazing company culture. Bamberger invests heavily into its employees. People at the company are happy, well-compensated, hardworking, and incredibly supportive of each other. In an industry with a lot of opportunity to cut corners, Bamberger is uncompromising in its delivery of great products and service. Knowing that Bamberger will take care of my customers gives me a lot of confidence as a seller.
Cons
The org structure is flat with limited opportunities for advancement. However, the company has seen significant growth in past years and it's clear that's beginning to change. Diversity at the company is limited but there have been efforts to improve on that as well.
