Unfortunately I can’t think of any pros

I had undergone work experience at my school in the summer of 2024 here and was left horrrible feedback which nearly got me expelled. They left complete lies about me on the form and made me out to be a bad person when I’m only 17 and was trying my best to work in an unfamiliar environment where I had no support from staff and was constantly shoved to the side when asked to do things then left feedback that I wasn’t part of the team or didn’t contribute. I don’t understand what I’ve done to deserve such nasty things said about me and I don’t get why they didn’t treat me with basic decency by telling me if they had a problem with me to my face instead of pretending they enjoyed being around me.

Good team Great location near my house Great relationship with children and parents Room to grow within the business

Not many qualified staff Staff where required to clean the whole place instead of spending time with the children Not good pay for how hard the staff work Bad communication between management and staff Management not following their own policies and procedures A lot of disrespect and gossip between members which made the place very toxic
