Hr believes equal pay act is for females only, which is discrimination! The belief that seniority causes animosity. Must provide your own tools even though osha clearly states that they should provide tools that are inspected to be safe. Charge client for supervision, laborer, and cleaning crew but expect supervisor to do all the work.
