      The salary is good for Spanish standards . People in the research department are mostly nice .

      Cons

      Long hours and the commute to the Sant Cugat headquarters can be brutal if you don’t have a car.

      Great benefits. Hybrid work mode with only two office days a week required. Convenient location if you use public transportation.

      I can't think of any. I didn't leave by my own choice. I would have stayed until I retired but, fate had other plans for me.
