      Great people, good environment, rewards creativity, perfect for independently motivated individuals

      Pay is not commensurate with responsibilities, political ideas expressed openly, preferential treatment given to employees at corporate location, fretful of delegation, very vertical with little/no linkage

      Pros

      Bandago is 100% employee-owned. The people who work there earn shares in the company, and if the company does well the shares increase in value and they do well too. It's a good deal.

      Cons

      It can be super busy in the summer, and very slow in the winter.

      Work with multitude of people like musicians, celebrities, attorneys , judges , lawyers and families who want to rent a vehicle

      Cons

      Unsatisfied customers who complain about the look of their van; for example small scratches and dents.
