Great Company with small disagreements - Retail Sales Associate/Key Holder Bang Cookies Employee Review

I really liked most of my coworkers, funny, friendly, and really great people who stood up for themselves. Unfortunately they all got fired for petty, nitpicking reasons.

Upper and middle management are weirdo freaks. Location had audio recording us (which is not legal!) Owner repeatedly made me uncomfortable with his bizarre comments about women. Schedule was often posted 2 hours or less before a work week began.

You get to talk to people and build returning customers.

As a man I personally felt uncomfortable with the men I worked with because of their comments towards women. Managers and the store supervisors make weird remarks about people. Very strange work field. They also never give you raises and make you do way more than you get paid and they never recognize anything. They also always watch you through cameras 24/7 it's really creepy.
