Bank Teller/ CSR - Anonymous employee Bank OZK Employee Review

I was fired because I needed 3 days off to deal with a family emergency. I watched a teller/ CSR apply several times to move up to a slightly higher position, only to be overlooked by an outsider who had no experience, and was a high school buddy of the loan officer, she recently was able to move to her own office, and have a promotion that is not a promotion. She received no raise, and they told her is not a promotion.
