No real goals to reach compared to other regional banks' goals. Decent products and services offered. Overall easy workload in today's cut throat banking scene.
Cons
Detached management. Corporate looks down their noses at branch personnel. Watch your back !! Discrimination and double standards abound due to age, lifestyle choices, etc. Trust no one ! Especially outside your local personnel. Spies abound !!
