Pros
One of the best things I like about working at Bank of the Ozarks is that I feel like my voice is heard. I can share my opinion on a topic and it will be taken into consideration by the manager of that area. I can email or call anybody in the company and the person on the other end is going to be great to work with and will not make me feel as if I am interrupting their day. There are a lot of career opportunities and potential for professional growth.
Cons
The only con would be that the bank doesn't offer some of the benefits that other large companies do like paid maternity/paternity leave or tuition reimbursement.
