      -My branch manager was very polite and open with me -Company was about to improve employee benefits ($1-for-$1 401K matching) -Good learning experience for young professionals -Potential to grow into hiring earning positions

      -Released after mentor program -A lot of pressure on tellers for low pay -Mentor trainer seemed offended when I asked questions about the company I was hired to work for -

      Pros

      There are some great people at the company, the work that we do is impactful, and the compensation is competitive. Fairly strong benefits, especially for grandfathered employees.

      Cons

      Micromanagement is on another level - the leaders of the OZK Labs division will bombard you all day with requests for every little detail. It is impossible to get work done with the level of micromanagement. It is unlike anything I have ever seen.
