Worked with this company full-time for 4 years. Manager pushed every single bit of work on to subordinates and took credit for the work. When 100% of tasks are given to your subordinates, that no longer constitutes as “delegating”. Was often asked to complete a task but supervisor wanted it done in a system/program using their login credentials to make it look like they were the ones actually doing the work. Only gave praise/recognition when (more like if) their favorites got a “kudos” for good service. Many other employees do not receive recognition At all for getting multiple “kudos” from others on wonderful service. Inappropriate relationships between single manager and married subordinate. Get told by upper management to “mind your business and do you job” when trying to bring unethical business behavior to their attention. During busy times, supervisor would pull a couple of favorite employees into office for 1-2+ hours at a time and talk about their personal lives (offices are not sound proof). Management would rather bring someone else in for an assistant manager position instead of promoting people who have been doing the job for 3+ years. HR is shady and does not listen to employees, always going to side with upper management.
