Pros
Allowed to leave office and engage in community activities.
Cons
Poor management. Does not encourage employees and alot of favoritism. Some of us feel unappreciated. Management are all friends so if you have a problem just go straight to the top. Pay isnt that great either. 401k match is only up to 3%. Insurance is unbearable high.
