Micro managed by ceo that the bank has outgrown Toxic work environment managed by fear, unrealistic goals and micro management. Constant turnover of senior management. Competent ones are leaving because of CEO. Large real estate construction lender pretending to be a real bank. Do not take care of employees. Treated as liabilities and an expense not an asset.
