Pros
This bank truly knows their customers. It's the strongest bond I've seen in comparison to other banks. Disciplined credit culture, will be around for a long time. Amazing CD rates - highly competitive. Lead system is actually nice and clean as well! Well organized & AMAZING leadership who are extremely genuine and caring. This is what made me pull the trigger and I don't regret it!
Cons
Benefits... :( Unfortunately, the benefits are not on a competitive level compared to other banks. No floating holidays No PTO purchase plan (Many banks allow you to purchase a week vacation) Many banks go as high as 5 weeks vacation for their very tenured people. It doesn't seem that diversity and inclusion is pushed as much as other competitors do. It doesn't seem like the language is coming from the top. I wish there were more opporutunities for incentives - to earn bonus/ commission.
