      The Benefits and traveling were the best, work and life balance was well managed and did not feel burnt out.

      Cons

      Sports sponsorships/funding was taken away for some reason, not sure why.

      Some awesome people, with a collegiate environment

      Sometimes tends towards being overtly cliquey which means newcomers will have to have patience to get their ideas considered.
