- Surprisingly stale for a company so young - No driving strategy behind company growth, changing direction every few months, making it hard to get aligned - No real execution on product roadmap because of constant back and forth on exec business decisions - Some ego-driven individuals who get power trip on their roles, overheard threatening to fire people at company social (for context - for being slightly drunk and too chatty, i would understand if different circumstances. But even if true, that conversation should be professional and in private) (unnaceptable in my opinion, doesn't create a safe space)
