      Working in Bankingly feels like you are working with group of entrepreneurs that work with passion and a lot of ownership. The challenge and the opportunity are constant, and you always feel that you are the key to achieve the goals.

      Pros

      Great environment to work, nice people and flexibilty time. Good holidays and 500 usd per year for personal use

      Cons

      The organization could be better, twice a quarter we have big deals to finish improvments or with big bugs. Salary use to be the same, we don't have increases so far (15 months working here)
