      Pros

      Nothing. This place sucks the life out of you.

      Cons

      Parking sucks. They turned the employee garage into allowing visitors to park there. More cars have dents and dings in them from the visitors not knowing how to park. Low pay, no room for advancement, no raises, over worked staff, no overtime allowed, management and cl's are two faced. Management only cares about how much money they are making.

      Pros

      The health benefits are phenomenal, but they are a closed network, limited to Banner Health providers and chosen community providers. Compensation will always be on the lower end due to being not-for-profit.

      Cons

      Regarding IT efficiency, they are behind. Processes are archaic and manual due to lack of up to date IT programs. Their systems do not talk to each other, and there are workarounds for everything.
