Pros

I have no good reasons for anyone to work here unless you thrive in a hostile work environment where the CEO of the Company, Jarod Feng is constantly screaming at you.

Cons

Jarod Feng, who owns this company, is fresh off the boat with an extremely Chinese mentality. This includes forcing employees to do unpaid overtime, screaming at employees, calling them dumb and stupid behind their backs to other employees. Jarod Feng will go to great lengths to convince you that other staff members hate you and Jarod will not hesitate to tell you that he will fire you when given the opportunity. He will consistently infringe on your personal space and will call you on weekends and any days off that you take. On two occasions, he has screamed at an employee so violently that they ended up in the hospital. Jarod Feng is unstable and unfit to work in an environment with people. He is a Grade A narcissist who unfortunately lacks the self awareness to realise that he has no people skills.

Pros

Circular Quay location, never boring

Cons

Dictator owner, delusional crazy person. Openly bullies staff. CEO is powerless and doesn't care for the staff. Everyone is miserable, they spend a lot of money on the wrong things. No strategy or staff progression
