Easy work that doesn’t require much thinking. The tasks are mostly the same every day, so it’s easy to get used to. Low-stress environment. I could even do a part-time job after work without feeling too tired or stressed. Good place if you’re looking for a stable, retirement-style job with predictable routines and good work-life balance.
Cons
A lot of old birds inside. They like to shout at people and scold people, especially when sales are under stress. Many employees are already in retirement mode. They don’t want to improve, can’t accept changes, and always stick to the old way of doing things. The company used to have more flexibility for employees, but after the management changes, a lot of the employee benefits and flexibility were cut. (WFH) Some management people lack common sense and will bring the whole team go Holland. They always think they are the smartest, but actually they don’t have much common sense and don’t understand how the outside world works.
