Poor safety, assaults on staff, poor morale, pressured to work even when you're a relief staff. Riots could happen, staff members are not welcoming, and senior staff brag about their holidays and time they do not have to be there. The banter between clients (a lot) banter from staff to clients ( a lot) and likewise. The school is very small and it's very hard not to fall asleep as most of the class is. Contraband somehow just finds itself inside the walls. the interview process is 2 steps. it is very uncomfortable as they just read a script. 2nd is less than 6mins because they already know they want you if you get a 2nd interview. The pay is way too low for what they want you to do. The facility is very aged.
