While Banyan Medical Solutions offers a flexible, remote work environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance, some employees who thrive in a traditional office setting might miss the in-person collaboration

Best thing is the other employees.

Little support from management, mostly supported by other coworkers. No structure in training. Little to no flexibility in work schedule. Frequent major schedule changes in the past 11 months. Currently financially unstable which has lead to major staff cuts, cut in benefits, and uncertain among virtual nurses of getting paid or being “let go”. CEO unprofessional and recently threatening if staff doesn’t do this or that then the business will have to “shut their doors” or making it hard to “find funding to pay staff” if do not continue to work despite no way to pay staff unless funding is found. Company is currently unstable financially.
