      - was an interesting concept but has gotten stale - small team but had some smart people

      Cons

      - seems like money is tight and always hoping for next big deal or getting bought - can't figure out the right product for real growth

      -Unique mission to better the planet using technology and financial incentives -Smart, dedicated and hardworking team -Good health and wellness benefits -Matching 401k

      -We do an all company meeting once a year in Austin - would be great to do it a couple times a year

      Good benefits with 401k matching. Flexible hours and being able to work remotely when needed. Professional management team.
