Pros
- My department was run well, however the VP in charge is no longer with the company. - We had a steady stream of [meaningful] work amidst constantly shifting priorities. - Generally friendly environment (up until early 2018).
Cons
- Executive management has a tendency to hide the truth, and lie directly to employees (small example: results of employee survey were clearly misrepresented after discovering other employee's answers). - The environment was made very uncomfortable for employees that the CEO did not approve of. - There's a lack of long-term goals for the company.
