      Definitely a learning hospital for new nurses.

      Cons

      Administration and upper management are ignorant of the daily duties of departments and therefore make costly decisions. They cater to abusive physicians and ignore needs of the rest of the staff. Yearly pay rate increases are extremely low even for the highest achieving reviews. Get the experience then leave.
